What we collect

To request beta access, you can describe your project in our Telegram chat. Your messages and Telegram profile are visible to other chat participants. Older website applications collected a name, email, selected social platforms, profile URLs, and goal.

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to measure visits and example selections and clicks to the Telegram beta chat. Events include the button location, campaign tags, and referring domain, but not the details you enter in the form. Campaign attribution is stored for the browser session.

How we use it

We use application details to review your goals and contact you about beta access. Opening the product also sends a notification to our private Telegram chat with the button location and available campaign attribution.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who processes it

Current beta requests are handled in Telegram. Older website applications were delivered through Resend and duplicated to a private Telegram chat. Hosting is provided by Vercel; analytics are provided by Vercel and Google. These providers process the data only to deliver their service to us.

LinkedIn data

SandHive Reply Radar works with publicly visible LinkedIn posts and public profile information. We never ask for your LinkedIn password, and we do not log in to LinkedIn on your behalf. Publishing always happens in your own LinkedIn session.

Retention

We keep design-partner applications for as long as needed to run the program and to maintain a record of our conversation with you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the details you sent us by replying to any email from us or writing to privacy@sandhive.io.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use your details, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, contact you directly.
